Our client, a Thessaloniki-based company, collaborating with a German software house, is assisting them and proving IT support services. They provide customized services in the fields of IT administration, Cyber Security, Cloud services, and more. Their team is growing therefore we are currently looking for 2 experienced German speakers, Technical Customer Support Specialists to join the team.
Job Description:
- Providing technical-based customer assistance through various communication channels, including voice, chat, and email.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving their issues and providing effective solutions.
- Active participation in department initiatives, providing feedback and updates to the team
- Contribute to the successful development of the team and the department as a whole
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and provide support when necessary
Candidate profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or a relevant field
- Proven experience in a technical customer support role, preferably in a help desk or IT-related function
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Strong familiarity with external systems and PC-based internet and software applications,
- Fluency in Greek, German (C1) and English
