Our client, a Thessaloniki-based company, is expanding their collaboration with a German software house by providing IT support services including IT administration, Cyber Security, Cloud services, among others. They are seeking an experienced Team Leader for Outbound Projects who is fluent in German.
Job Description:
- Leading and guiding the outbound support team in achieving their goals.
- Developing strategies for outbound calls to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Working closely with the Technical Support Specialists to ensure excellent customer service.
- Implementing and maintaining quality service standards.
- Providing team members with the training and resources needed to perform at their best.
- Handling customer escalations and ensuring the resolution of issues.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a team leader role in a call center, with a focus on outbound projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field is a plus.
- Fluency in Greek, German (C1), and English.
