Our client is a 4-star business hotel chain. For their Munich based hotel, they are looking to hire a German Speaking Duty Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Oversee the smooth operation of the property and be the key contact for any guest issues or hotel emergencies
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Shift work required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- University/College degree in a related discipline
- Previous hotel experience required (minimum 2 years)
- German level at least B2/C1, English C2
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
