Our client, a leading international company with about 300 employees around the world and 40+ of them based in Greece, is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Expert to enhance their team in Thessaloniki.
Responsibilities:
- Lead D365 implementation projects across Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sales & Power Platform Apps.
- Configure and optimize D365 modules, ensuring smooth system integrations.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through functional testing and system reviews.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, contributing to design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting phases
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements and provide functional specifications for developers.
- Support the development team in implementing solutions through in-platform configurations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on D365, advising on best practices and minimizing technical debt, while instilling best practices in the business processes
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong ERP implementation and analytical skills.
- Fluent both in Greek and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
