Our client plays an important role in the maritime sector and is a global provider for fuel and oil testing, advisory and inspection services. For their offices in Hamburg they are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator.
- Handling telephonic/written client requests
- Checking incoming requests to ensure that the necessary information such as price, delivery period, location and ship name
- Completing orders with the necessary information
- Requesting or making enquiries for information from the customer
- Checking, verifying and entering customer and enquiry data in the systems provided for the same
- Providing support to sales in the execution of sales activities, including preparation of presentations and training courses
- Bachelor Degre in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent German and English language knowledge
- Pro-active personality and creative in problem solving
- Communication, presentation and relationship building skills
