On behalf of our client, a well-known Group of Greek Restaurants all over Switzerland, we are looking for an ambitious Cook experienced in Greek cuisine, to join the passionate team of their Greek Meze Restaurant in the center of Zurich. 

Job Description:

  • Preparing ingredients for the dishes
  • Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
  • Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Monitoring stock and placing orders when there are shortages
  • Checking the quality of the ingredients.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • 2 years of similar professional experience
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Science or relevant field
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • German is a plus
  • Willing to modernize the Greek cuisine
  • International working experience is a big plus
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Teamwork skills.
