Our client, an IT company based in Thessaloniki, is currently looking to hire an Accounting/Office Assistant with SAP experience and office management background.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Invoice registration & payable audit
- Arranging customers’ payments
- Assisting Reporting process
- Support of payroll process
Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration
- Relevant working experience of 2-4 years in Accounting Department
- Office Assistant Experience will be a big plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of German is a big plus
- Familiarity with SAP
