Our client, a Thessaloniki-based company, collaborating with a German software house, is assisting them and proving IT support services. They provide customized services in the fields of IT administration, Cyber Security, Cloud services, and more. Their team is growing therefore we are currently looking for a (Native) German-speaking HR Specialist to join and support the team.
Job Description:
- Act as an HR Advisor and first point of contact to local employees in matters regarding HR policies/procedures, benefits
- Provide assistance to labor law and regulations queries
- Preparing and amending HR database and documents
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and issuing employment contracts
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Business Studies or in similar fields
- First working experience within an HR environment is a big plus
- Good familiarity with regulations and labor law matters is a big plus
- Fluency in Greek, German (C1+, Native), and English (verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills, with full knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational, decision making and conflict-management skills
- Ability to communicate, collaborate effectively, and act as a team member
- Critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
