Executive Chef

We are currently recruiting for our client, who has 2 Hotels of 4 stars located in Cyprus, an Executive Chef.

Job description:

• Cooking healthy, authentic, fresh International food, with the ability to turn hand to other dishes such as Italian and Japanese cuisine.

• Organising the food and beverage purchase – cost management

• Leading a kitchen team of 30 cook members

Job requirements:

• Having experience in international, Italian and Japanese cuisine food.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in 4 or 5 star Hotels as Chef

• Being organised and able to produce consistently high standards for large covers (>300 people)

• Be up to date on current styles and trends

• Be organised and able to plan ahead

• Very good knowledge of English. Greek will be a big advantage

• International experience will be an asset.
