International Client Service Associate based in Cyprus

We are currently recruiting for our client a global consulting company based in Cyprus an International Client Service Associate based in Cyprus.

Job description:

• Responsible for a portfolio of clients
• Providing personalized services to customers including handling and posting transactions, accepting payments, and verifying funds
• Responding to clients´ requests, collaborating with various members of the team to assess and execute work
• Maintaining customer relations, identifying and fulfilling their needs
• Monitoring and communicating progress
• Ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
• Executing other secretarial duties as requested

Job requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• Excellent Greek and English language skills, further language a big advantage (German, Scandinavian languages)
• Minimum two years experience in Customer Service
